The warranty varies from product to product.
STICKERPRO and fire blankets are guaranteed for 5 years.
The vast majority of other items are guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise stated in the product description.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by: spilled liquids, mechanical shock, misuse, negligence, accident, product modification, normal wear and tear, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

• For a fireproof blanket:
  • “The warranty does not cover damage caused by prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures above those specified, by use as a means of transport or support, or by contact with corrosive chemicals.”
• For an electronic device:
  • “The warranty does not cover damage caused by electrical surges, spilled liquids, mechanical shocks, or failures related to third-party software.”
